Heidi has always been a fitness and wellness lover but found her way to yoga as an additional way to alleviate stress, increase flexibility, and prevent injury.  After seeing the positive benefits in her own body, she turned to teaching to help others do the same. What first began as a physical practice soon developed into something with much deeper meaning. Her desire to become her best self drives her each day to learn and grow in her own practice, and to teach what she has

learned to others.

In addition to teaching yoga, Heidi enjoys reading, volunteering, and spending time in nature.
