Grow Well Yoga + Barre + Fitness is excited to host a Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga Workshop on Sunday, November 12, 1:30 - 3:30PM at 5th Avenue Station in Naperville. This will be a unique grounding, meditation and balance focused yoga workshop with Grow Well's very own Kristin Louis.

Kristin is an E-RYT500, CPT and has tirelessly studied anatomy and how it relates to
movement and chronic patterns in the body. She is fascinated by how every body is
different and would love to help find more suppleness and ease in YOUR body!
Come and learn why this is a practice that we all need to move more comfortably
in our bodies, down-regulate our nervous system and find moments of true
Your fascial system is a living, breathing network of connective tissue, nerves and
energy channels under the skin. We will work out tension in many of the commonly
restricted areas by going through an expertly designed sequence of long-held
poses, targeted self-massage, meditation and more. This will leave you feeling
more grounded and balanced from within.
Kristin's workshop is open to all levels and experience. Please wear comfortable
clothing and an extra layer of clothing with sleeves may be desired. 2 hrs can be
applied as CEUs with Yoga Alliance.
