Overview:

Activate your root energy to alchemize fear into trust, ease anxiety, and feel at home in

your changing body on the path to motherhood.Through the mystery and constant transformation of pregnancy, your root chakra is your energetic tie to the Earth. Its sanskrit name muladhara means "foundation", as your sense of security in your body is foundational to expressing your desires with confidence, standing your ground, and trusting your maternal intuition.

In this workshop, you will fortify your roots to tap into the powerful support of Mother

Nature and stand strong as you approach the birth portal.

Jill will lead a conversation about how our own experiences, pop culture, medical trends,

and more influence how we view and do pregnancy and birth. Then, journaling and breath

work to cozy up to your anxious thoughts and ground this energy into trust and action.

We'll finish with a yoga practice full of standing poses to build strength, and a restorative

savasana to receive the Earth's support.

This workshop is open to all levels of yoga practitioners currently pregnant or on a

conscious conception journey.

Jill Rehm is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), yoni steam facilitator, and mom of 3. She's been fascinated with the inherent magic and intelligence of pregnancy and female reproductive health since a young age, but she spent decades overriding her cycle with the Pill and ignoring symptoms to fit into the daily grind of patriarchal capitalism, wrongly believing that exhaustion and pain are part of the female experience. It's through her own motherhood journey, yoga and yoni steaming practices, and the mentorship of other women that she has learned to embrace her cyclical nature to transform burnout and self-doubt into confidence and clarity. A teacher for over 10 years. Jill loves sharing yoga as a birth preparation practice to help students feel at home in their changing bodies, trust birth, and tap into their maternal intuition.
