Based in the Naperville area, we offer a welcoming community where yoga, barre, and fitness classes are designed to meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey.
Whether you're flowing through a yoga practice, strengthening with barre, or challenging yourself in a fitness class, our goal is to help you tune into your body, quiet your mind, and discover the confidence to step beyond your comfort zone.

Where do our Profits go?
Where Do Our Profits Go? At Grow Well Yoga, Barre & Fitness, we believe that physical wellness and mental wellness go hand in hand. That's why 100% of the proceeds from our studio support the Grow Wellness Foundation, NFP, helping expand access to mental health services for underserved and marginalized individuals and families in our community. Every class you take helps make a meaningful difference—supporting programs that increase access to care, reduce barriers to treatment, and promote overall well-being.
