About Grow Well Yoga, Barre & Fitness

At Grow Well Yoga, Barre & Fitness, we celebrate the ancient wisdom found in Yoga & Barre and seek to share it with our Naperville community. We provide various styles of yoga and a wide range of yoga and barre classes. Our core values center around the integration of the body and mind and finding balance and peace given the strong relationship between the body and the brain, and how a harmonious relationship between the two tremendously influences our overall wellness and peace.


Our Small Business is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow. Check out all of our classes and professionally trained instructors and find out what works best for you in your path to peace, growth and overall personal wellness.

What Makes Us Even MORE Unique: Where do our Profits go?

At Grow Well, we deeply embrace Yoga (and physical health) mental wellness, and our Community. As a result, we have decided that ALL proceeds from Grow Well Yoga + Barre + Fitness will go to the Grow Wellness Foundation NFP to directly fund access to mental health services to marginalized populations in the area.

Our Classes

For ALL Levels of Experience
(Beginner to Experienced)

Hatha Yoga

This class is practiced at a slower pace with controlled movements, breath focus, and meditation.

Hatha Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

This timeless practice links movement and breath with flowing sequences. This class will strengthen your core, improve stability, power, balance, and calm your mind.

Warrior One

Barre Yoga

This class begins with a gentle yoga sequence to calm the mind and prepare the body for a traditional barre practice. Class is completed with a restorative practice to allow the deep fascia (connective tissue in the muscles) to release.



This traditional barre class focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, and core. Using principles of Pilates, yoga, and ballet postures, this is a fun, energetic, low impact workout. It will help tone, strengthen, and create stamina and mobility.


Restorative Yoga

This class encourages deep emotional, physical, and mental relaxation. This practice is slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and breath.

Fun at Yoga


This class incorporates meditation, mindfulness and breath, which is focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again, actually addresses stress, whether positive or negative. Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.

Yin Yoga / Yoga Blend

This is the perfect complement to our busy western lifestyles. This practice is slow pace, focusing on long holds (2 - 5 min), stillness, and breath.

Sound Healing

Yoga Mobility

This class combines the movement, meditation, and breathwork of yoga with functional mobility that will help you to move more freely and easily throughout your daily life.

Power Yoga offers a holistic approach to achieving these goals, and is a highly physical practice that focuses on Asana (postures) to build muscle strength, cardiovascular health, and breath awareness.
