Theresa's innovative approach to styles and sequencing creates a yoga experience accessible to individuals of all levels. Drawing from a diverse background influenced by a wide array of teachers and styles, she has been sharing her passion for yoga since 2010. Theresa's yoga journey includes: extensive self-practice (20+ years), subbing for favorite instructors, teaching at yoga studios, college campus, corporate fitness center, hotel fitness center, and retreats. In 2011, she completed her initial 200-hour certification, followed by mentoring the 200-hour class of 2012/2013. Her commitment to deepening her expertise led her to achieve a 500-hour certification through Prairie Yoga in February 2015.
