Stacy’s love for barre started in 2010 when she attended her first class. With her background in ballet and jazz, she decided to start teaching barre classes in 2015. This combined her love of dance with group fitness.
While she enjoys many formats of group fitness, she always finds her way back to barre. Barre makes her feel strong, healthy and grounded. She always finds ways to personally grow in her practice of it. She is looking forward to teaching at 5th Avenue Station where her journey with barre began.
