This class combines the movement, meditation, and breathwork of yoga with functional mobility that will help you to move more freely and easily throughout your daily life.  

 

We’ll move through multiple methods of stretching, muscle release, and movement quality improvement, while also focusing on the breath and more meditative aspects of yoga.

 

You'll leave class feeling looser, lighter, and calmer!
