The Path to Wellbeing is a 2.5-hour immersive workshop created to help you cultivate calm, vibrant health, and inner peace through ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practices.

✅ Deep Relaxation & Divine Rest: Conclude with a soothing, 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra session – a powerful meditative practice known as “yogic sleep.”
